All Things Crotchless - The Launch of Australia's New Specialty Online Crotchless G -String and Lingerie Store
An interview with Laura Lubbtisch - Featuring the founder of All Things Crotchless, Sophie Joy.
Meet Sophie Joy. Sophie has been involved in the Australian adult industry for the past six years, establishing her own branded adult toy website, 'Sophie Joy's Toys' whilst importing some of the sexiest European lingerie. She has recently branched out and established All Things Crotchless - A specialty website offering crotchless G-Strings, crotchless thongs, crotchless panties, crotchless body stockings and a great range of vibrators. I spoke to her about the reasoning behind a dedicated crotchless lingerie store and her plans for the future.
LL: Hi, Sophie! Can you tell us more about the inspiration behind starting this unique store?
SJ:
I was trying to find a niche and combine my personal love of crotchless lingerie and vibrators. The lingerie market is very competitive and although we only sell quality European lingerie, we purposely set out to be crotchless specific.
LL:
That's such an exciting niche to fill! I can imagine it must be quite a journey. Can you share some of the challenges you've faced in setting up this specialty store?
SJ:
Basically getting the word out there in the first place can be challenging, but I have some great models I work with who are helping to spread the word via social media and the like. Photographing crotchless models can also be challenging, as the major platforms remove photos of regular lingerie as it is.
We've included an uncensored gallery on the website where it makes it easier to display some revealing pictures. We tag the girl's Only Fans pages in our posts, so that assists them in getting more subscribers and making some money. I'm a big believer the collaborations work two ways. A lot of opportunistic businesses and content creators forget this aspect of promoting adult products.
LL:
That's a fantastic approach, Sophie! Collaboration is indeed key in the adult industry. Can you tell us more about how you've collaborated with these models and how it's benefited both parties?
SJ:
As I said, it's a two way street. In return for some very hot product pics, the girls receive some generous benefits from us in the way of lingerie and crotchless photos for their own use and they have a choice of some very lovely vibrators. Whilst we get some great shots, they end up with some fantastic product that they can use for their socials and online adult and Only Fans content.
LL:
That sounds like a win-win situation! It's great to see such supportive relationships in the industry. Can you share some of the most memorable responses you've received from customers since launching your store?
SJ:
Sometimes product photo’s alone don't do our lingerie range justice. Take our luxury Lucky Cheeks range for example. The beauty and the quality has to be seen to be believed. However, buying online provides that aspect of privacy and a discreet environment for our customers. I received feedback from a fifty year old lady who had recently purchased a vibrator and four pairs of crotchless panties from us for the first time in her life. She absolutely adores them and she told me that it revitalized her marriage of 25 years.
It's a shame that buying a pair of crotchless knickers still has stigma attached. But we’re here to guide our customers through the process in a discreet manner. I don't have a pair of crotchless g-strings or a vibrator listed on the website that I haven't worn or tried myself.
LL:
That's such a heart-warming story, Sophie! It's wonderful to hear how your store is making a positive impact on people's lives. Can you share some of the future plans for your store? Are there any new and exciting products or collaborations we can look forward to?
SJ:
I've been in the adult toy and lingerie business for quite some time now and I know that success doesn't happen overnight. We'll be looking to evolve over time and add some sexy new lines in the near future. We've just become the first Australian supplier of the beautiful Softline crotchless range out of Poland.
As for collaborations, we've set up a page on the new website for Australian Only Fans girls who'd like to work with us in the future. Basically, they can get some huge discounts on our range of lingerie and vibrators in return for product images. We'll then do our best to cross promote and feature them on our socials and share their Only Fans details or links to their online adult content.
LL:
That sounds like an exciting roadmap for your store, Sophie! We're definitely looking forward to seeing what new lines you'll be introducing. Lastly, can you share some final thoughts or comments you'd like to leave our readers with?
SJ:
Sure, if you've never worn a pair of crotchless knickers before, you don't know what you're missing out on (laughs). But seriously, it's all about feeling sexy and intimate. It's a wonderful feeling and a huge turn-on for many of us. What's wrong with that? What's wrong with feeling sexy?
